February Trends:

In Guilford County, the median home sales price experienced a decline from $309,500 in January to $299,900 in February. We see a decrease in Average Days on Market from 32 days in January to 29 days in February. Keep an eye out as Guilford County's real estate market starts to gear up for this spring season!

In Forsyth County, we see an increase in median sales from $275,000 to $310,000. The average days on the market stayed relatively the same with 26 days in January to 27 days in February.

In Davidson County, the median homes sale price increase slightly from $286,500 in January to $291,450 in February. Days on the market had a slight increase from 36 (January) to 37 days (February)!
