For buyers, I can do the same analysis on a property you are interested in to give you a better understanding of what is occurring locally in the market.


Being your Realtor, I can provide you with a more accurate comparable value than what Zestimate provides because I can see the condition of the property and find homes that are similar in condition and close proximity. Zestimate is also a less accurate estimate for homes that are in rural areas because there can be fewer homes that are actively listed or closed recently.


Zestimate even recommends that buyers and sellers request a comparable market analysis from their real estate agent.
